I've tried to configure ip wise shaping on bridge mode it didn't work at all. anyone can you advice me how can I configure ip wise shaping in bridge mode ?
As you've discovered, you cannot do QoS on bridged interfaces. Depending on your situation, you might be able to use Proxy ARP to create a transparent bridge. In that case, you could do QoS.
The best solution is always to have the UTM at the edge instead of some other device.
