I am attempting to connect a Belkin WEMO Insight device behind the UTM. It is a power outlet switch controlled by a mobile app. I am able to connect to it on the wLAN and control it. But when I attempt to submit the remote connection to communicate with WEMO servers it fails. I have viewed the firewall, web, and application filter logs. The Web and application are not showing any blocks. The firewall showed port 8443 was being blocked. I created a rule for that. Now that is showing green in the log as being passed but the remote is still failing to connect. Belkin says it needs TCP:8080, TCP:8443, and TCP/UDP:3478. I have made a NAT/firewall rule on these ports for the device. Everything shows green in the firewall log but still cannot access remote. The device does work as I had tried it from a home cable connection.
