External IP not working internally

I have my UTM setup, all seems ok apart from some forwarding I think.

I have a synology box setup with ds cam and ds photo.

Here is the current issue. On the iphone apps the internal address works fine while I'm on WiFi, the external address works fine while I'm on 4g but the external address doesn't login when I'm on WiFi.

This works fine on my draytek router, just not through the utm.

Where do I start in resolving this??

Is your topology as follows?
Internet---[Draytek bridged]---[UTM with public IP on External]---LAN

No. Its cable modem to utm to lan. I just use the draytek at the moment to test whether mu utm is causing issues.

If the UTM has a public IP on the External interface, you need Accessing Internal or DMZ Webserver from Internal Network.

Ok that worked perfectly. Next question, do I delete the dnat rule I created for the same port numbers? Or does it need both the dnat and full Nat rule to function.

The Full NAT should have only your internal network(s) as the source in the Traffic Selector. If you don't care about your internal server seeing what public IPs are accessing it, you can use "Any" instead and get rid of the DNAT.

It appears to be working fine with both the dnat and full Nat entry. The full Nat is allowing me to use my external IP over WiFi and the dnat entry is allowing me to access using 4g.
