UTM blocking or not forwarding Plex?

Hi All

i made a NAT rule for Plex setautomatic firewall rule for Plex on Port 32400. If i want to connect the server online it does not work, anyone worked out the issue? I added an exception to IPS for Service Plex as i had problems with IPS before. I also turned off all security services to check, but that didnt help.

If i check the firewall logs (i checked the "log intial packets")  i can see plex contacting the QNAP (where the Plex Service is running) on its IP, but the QNAP answers packets on another port to the Firewalls internal IP instead of the Plex Initiating Admin-Server on the WAN

    Can you post a screen shot of your port forwarding rule?

    Also, after you do that, you need to ensure that you check the Manually Selected Port for Plex. It's a bit misleading, however, if you don't do that, it won't properly redirect form plex.tv. Once you apply those changes for port 32400 (or whichever you choose) it should report whether or not it is fully accessible from the outside.

    Good luck and the more information you provide in your response the better I'll be able to direct you. I've been through this before and I know it's a bit unintuitive [:D]

    sure, here are the screenshots of the rule and plex, i put in all the plex services  - 32400 and all the rest that are known....iscsi5 is my QNAP

    You can trim your Port Forwarding significantly. The only Service that you'll need in your DNAT is: TCP 1:65535 → 32400.

    I'm having trouble reading your PLEX Screenshot; I'm afraid I don't know that language [:(]

    Can you also show me a Screenshot of how you defined the Service for 32400.
