I've been troubleshooting some issues I've been having with Netflix. In doing so, I've found myself trying to access the help.netflix.com site. When I did, my web browser told me that it could not find the site. So I thought it was a temporary issue. When I went to work, I could access it no problem there. When I arrived home still no luck. So I ran a Policy Helpdesk on the UTM and saw the attached output. It says that it was "Blocked" but the reason seems odd "site not found".
I've tried adding help.netflix.com to the exemption lists with the same result. I'm sure that help.netflix.com is not off line all this time. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
I can access the Netflix.com site without issue.
