Will NO NAT override masqurading

For one subnet that is going over External NIC we dont want active Masquerading rule.
We have Internal Networks -> Any :: Masqurade to External Address.

Will NO NAT be stronger than Internal Networks -> Any :: Masqurade rule?

OK.

FYI, you could also remove the MASQ and use SNATs instead; then the NO NAT will definitely have precedence.
