Understanding QOS?

Hi,

I am trying to setup QOS, but i'm still unsure what interface i should be setting Bandwidth pools & download throttling to?

Am I right in thinking that I should just use the External interface and use Bandwidth pools for upload traffic and Download Throttling for Download traffic?

    Yes, JK, but things can get tricky when you start limiting traffic.  I suggest that you wait until you identify a specific problem before doing so.  In the beginning, just stick with Bandwidth Pools that only prefer some traffic.
