Recently installed a UTM at a customer site, since doing this they have been unable to access OWA on the server in another office. This is accessible locally and over the internet, just not in the network behind the new firewall.
Web filtering shouldn't have any effect on this and the protocols needed for OWA are allowed through.
Can't access with hostname or IP
Any ideas?
