How to control over "Unclassified" traffic

Hello everybody, 

Using Bandwidth pool/Download throttling we can control/restrict speed of various application which included sophos firewall but Is there any way to restrict or put limit on unclassified traffic or any other way we can add application for control?

I have ASG220, version: 9.209-8.

Anyone know??

    The only real thing i know is clicking on "Unclassified", which then shows you the IP's and hostnames which generate this traffic. Next you can make some Groups and Hosts manually and then manage them through a manually created traffic selector which you can then throttle like you are used to do

    That's good Idea but I already found that every time these kind of traffic generated by different users and we have more that 70 users so It may not be right way to do that.
