Ping Service not getting for 9.110-22

Hello,

I have changed my old astaro UTM 220 with new 220.

Current firmware V 9.110-22

I am able to ping node after changed hardware but after 30-35 mins it not getting.

Also not find firewall log for Ping.

Other services are working fine.

Pls help.
