Cannot Set Interface Downlink Speed

When I am in the QOS > Status tab, I am attempting to set my downlink/uplink speeds. My ISP provisions me for 30Mbps down, which should be 30720 kbit/sec. When I enter that into the downlink text area, I get a message that states the following:

	

The QoS interface object requires a number in the range 1-10000000 for the downlink attribute.

I believe that my number (without commas by the way) would fit into that range, but for some reason the Sophos UTM 9 will not accept it. The highest number I can enter is 10000.

Firmware version: 9.307-6
Pattern version: 75672

Any ideas why this isn't working?

Downlink and uplink text is mbit/s in your screencapture.

I see that text for mbit/sec, but then the help file linked on that page (see attached pic) states it is kbit/sec. I just don't want to be off by a factor of 1,024 and have everything throttled to nothing. And it doesn't help that it states it can go up to 10000000 in the error message.

Regardless, I've set it to 30 and 2 (up/down) and will see how things go for a bit. I need to get my OBiTALK device provisioned for QOS. Thanks.
