Limit Youtube traffic

Hello. Is it possible to create a rule, that it will limit total youtube traffic to 200MB per user (or IP address) or perhaps 1GB for all the internal network?

In 9.3 you can quota web traffic in a filter action.

Hello. I only have "Allowed minutes for all categories and tags included in quota:" when creating the filter action. I don't see a MB/GB limit.

Not per site volume usage.

The quota in the proxy filter action is time based only.

There is a data volume quota if you use Hotspot, which can be used with a wired interface, but it can't be limited to just one site.
