UTM Log Error

Getting a "Invalid argument" error in my web filter live log, anyone know what this means? Below is a clip from the live log. I originally was getting a "Target Service Not Allowed, so I set port 9004 in allowed targeted services and now I get this new error. Thanks so much in advance for your time and help!

    Did you change the url for posting purposes on this forum to localhost?  Localhost is an identifier for a computer system to reference itself.  For example, if I type http://localhost on my laptop here, it will look for a website on itself.  If the utm gets a request for http://localhost, it will look for that site on itself.  If the UTM has received a localhost request from a client, you would need to be using proxy set in the client browser and a default exception is missing in that browser to not send localhost to the proxy.

    In order to add a service to the Allowed Target Services, there must be a service definition for it.  Please edit your 9004 service definition and give us a screenshot of it.

    Scott, thanks so much for the reply. No that is the actual url seen in the UTM Log for the local host. I do have configured via GPO for the proxy setting to bypass proxy for local address but I still get that invalid argument, very strange but I have a few more things to check out in GPO that I might be missing. I really want to thank you for the help, it was spot on!
