Firewall not blocking established connections

I am afraid to say but it appears that a bug that appeared in 9.1 and was fixed in 9.2 has reared its ugly head again:  Mantis ID 27685.

I used time based rules and they no longer block established connections when the time period is reached.  

Is anyone else seeing this 9.1 behavior again besides me?  I am on version: 9.305-4

    Bob, I wasn't suggesting that as a workaround, rather as an attempt to debug the issue so that maybe we can get a dev to take a look at this thread.  Then again, green to red without a drop is pretty self-explanatory! [;)]

    How about posting the two lines from the Firewall log file (not the Live Log) showing the pass at 22:59:59 and the "block" at 23:00:00?
