County Block

Hello,

Something wrong is going on... 

I'm working with the Webfilter and I have activated the country filter.

I note, however, that the countries which are completely blocked, generate traffic.

par example:
to China - 1GB Traffic - although both sides are blocked

It's concern the follow IP's
61.145.124.94
61.145.124.143
183.61.112.29
183.61.112.124

Somebody know this IP's?

How is it possible?

    Version of UTM - 9.305?  Also, please attach pictures of the report showing this traffic and of the Country Blocking setting that should have blocked the traffic.
