Netmotion not working through UTM9

I am not having any success in getting Netmotion to work though my UTM9 Ver 9.305-4, pattern version:72604
Netmotion is installed on LMHSISNW021
This was ALL working before until i had a HD failure. replaced the HD, Installed from new ISO. went to apply my latest Backup, and found it was corrupt. So I am building from scratch

I have attached jpg files showing the config and FW logs
Also i receive the same FW log messages when I have ATP, IPS, and web filtering turned off

Please help, I would consider this a HUGE Christmas present to get it working

Hi,

From your firewall log, you need a firewall rule allowing 192.168.0.170 to connect to UDP port 5008 on 10.63.24.16

It's hard for me to tell if you have it right; please post screenshots of the service definition and the network definitions for those IPs.

Are those in two LANs / DMZs?

No seperate DMZ. simple config one nic, on outside, one nic on inside.

You have a typo in your service definition; port is not 5008.

The typo was one issue.
I also did network definitions for the recieving netmotion servers. both public ip range and Company Internal IP range.
Netmotion is working perfectly now
