No connection to internet until PING from UTM

Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone can help with this problem. Running UTM 9.2. I have a PC that will not connect to the internet when it reboots or comes out of sleep mode. If I ping the UTM gateway it will respond correctly. If I ping any website (8.8.8.8 for instance) it times out. No connection to the internet. I do have connection to my internal network though. I can go to various webservers or RDP into other PCs just fine. If I ping the problem PC from another PC it responds. Still it does not connect to the internet. If I go into the UTM and ping from Support-Tools it responds and on the very 1st ping the PC will begin receiving a response from 8.8.8.8 and my internet connection is restored. Internet works until the next sleep or reboot.

Does anyone have any ideas about what is happening here? Perhaps an ARP issue?

Is the Subnet-Mask correct on the utm and pc?

Yes. Both are set to a /24.

Hi,
we have the same issue in an VMware VSPhere HA environment.

Out of the blue the vm looses it´s internet connection through UTM appliance.
When moving the vm to another host it is restored and goes on for month.

Alternatively using ARP Ping does the same trick.

Any idea would be really appreciated as we have about 40 VMs that show this at random.
