Two proxy server

Hi, we have a sophos utm 9 SG430, with two uplinks.

Our problem is that the two uplinks are diferent and we want to make a rule that if the proxy set in browser is the ip 172.16.9.223 the trafic is route to uplink 1 and if the proxy ip is 172.17.170.114, the trafic goes to uplink 2.

Is this possible?
