Sophos Firewall license expired affects other services?

Hi,

I paid an UTM agent (who uses Sophos for UTM and firewall) for our company. This agent told me that the Sophos firewall license has been expired and will affect other services on the UTM machine/system (eg. Sophos expired license will brings down the operation of web services such as professional website server, ERP or PLM server that uses ip addresses for its service). 

My question is: 
Once the Sophos License expires, will it brings down any of operations of a web system or server? 

Also, is it truth that expired Sophos Firewall brings down or suspends all UTM functionalities after 15 days of the expiry date?

Thx for your help. Very much appreciated to have an clearer understanding on how Sophos UTM and Firewall works.

    Hi, 

    Once the license expires, all premium features (including WebServer Protection) would be disabled.

    I believe features included in the free 'Essentials' license will continue to work, including routing/NAT and basic firewalling.

    If you cannot renew your license through your 'agent', you can find a reseller or call Sophos directly:
