How to block FTP port(25) on Sophos UTM 9.2

hi,
i am using Sophos UTM 9.2. when i try to block a specific port on Sophos UTM 9.2. it's not blocking any of the ports which i specified

Web Protection > Filtering Options > Misc. Click on the garbage can symbol to the left of the entry to delete.
