I have a UTM 425 running 9.2. I've installed the OpenDNS Umbrella VPN client on some iPad Air devices. Http/s browsing works fine but some apps lose connectivity with the VPN enabled - the Google Drive app, Apple App Store, and JAMF Self Service app (I've discovered these, so far). Google Drive docs are available pasting the URL in a web browser but the app doesn't work properly - most folders and files don't open. The App Store and Self Service don't work at all.
I've got the Intrusion Prevention Service and Advanced Threat Detection turned off. The intrusion prevention log identifies UDP floods between the devices and an OpenDNS server but I've got flood protection turned off. And I think the UDP flood is detected also for the http/s traffic that flows normally. I did tcpdump on the internal interface of the UTM and did see huge volumes of UDP packets. I can't identify any traffic from the iPads on the external interface. I'll try an espdump later today or tomorrow.
If anyone has experienced this issue with the Umbrella VPN client and has a fix or is anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful to hear from you.
