Which one is better? Also which is the better interface to apply it on - external WAN or internal LAN?
We have users that are using foxsports which has video feeds, and we can't block it all together as we need users to be able to go to the site so we want to limit it so they arnt pulling massive data down.
Do I shape or throttle? and on which interface is the better choice?
