UTM 220 ALG Settings

Hi Everyone

We are having issues with call quality through SIP and I have heard it could be caused to to ALG being enabled, however I cannot find any ALG settings in the Admin Interface. Does anybody know were these settings are (if they exist)

    Before doing anything else, try #1 in Rulz.  I bet you find dropped packets due to Anti-DoS Flooding activity in the Intrusion Prevention log.

    If not, then ALG in the Sophos product is called "Application Control" in the Web Protection section.

    Is it still the case that if Application Control is not switched on I can safely tell VOIP providers that SIP-ALG is not active on the edge?

  • This also relates to 'Network Protection >> VoIP', Boris, but I'm no VoIP expert!
