CrashPlan detected as "Unlcassified"

Looks like my UTM running the latest firmware and definitions doesn't know what CrashPlan is. Just comes up as "unclassified". Therefore I can't view active usage and shape/throttle on the fly. Anyone know if there is a way to report this to development or create my own definition for it? Other ideas on how to teach the firewall what CrashPlan traffic is?[:S]

So..... I voted for this.. Looks like it's got about 60 votes.... What happens now? Any way to track whether or not Sophos cares or is working on adding the support?

If they decide to implement, the status will change to Planned. It's generally a very slow process, so you can check back on it every few weeks.

Still detected as "Unclassified".. A slow process indeed. Should meaure it in terms of years or lifetimes rather than "every few weeks".. Bummer. Application firewalls are much good unless they know about applications. [:)]
