3 Internal but separate networks

Hi,

I'm trying to set this up and am getting quite confused.  I have 3 internal networks:

PBR: 192.168.166.0/24 (eth5)
WAVEAVP: 192.168.128.0/20 (eth4)
Internal: 192.168.64.0/20  (Internal, made by wizard)

I'd like to block all traffic inbetween A, B, & C (Including ICMP); how to do this?

Currently I have a firewall rule in 1st position (attached) but I'm able to ping Internal IP's from WAVEAVP, and run nmap scans.

Thanks a bunch!
