configure exchange and owa

hy,
first of all i don't know if this is where i should post about my problem.
so I'm sorry in advance.
I want to be able to login to my outlook mail  on exchange 2007 with Outlook Web App, now i understand that the type for this is pop3.(i don't now how to do that)
And i understand that i need to configure the router astaro v6(i know it's outdated) rules for pop3 with port 110.(neither this i don't know)

I hope you understand guys.
If you can help i would much appreciated.

    Bobby, if you're trying to figure out how to allow external users to reach Outlook Web Access on an internal server, the following is the answer for Astaro V6.  If you are talking about the "Outlook Web App" for a smart phone or tablet, then the following does not apply - however, those devices already have Exchange clients, so I concluded that you're looking for the below.

      Define a Host "OWA Server"={internal IP of IIS server running OWA}.  Be sure to leave it with 'Interface: >' (if this was an option in V6).
      • Define an Additional Address "OWA" on the External interface.
      • Create a NAT rule 'Internet -> HTTPS -> External [OWA] (Address) : DNAT to OWA Server'.
      • Create a Packet Filter rule 'Internet -> HTTPS ->OWA Server : Allow'
      • Confirm that the rules are enabled.
