Allow VPN out through UTM

I'm running the software version of 9.2 UTM. 

On occasion I use PIA (Private Internet Access) VPN service for streaming from Netflix. I just recently migrated from Untangle to Sophos and have noticed that I can no longer connect to PIA.

Where should I be looking to troubleshoot this?

I created a firewall rule allowing  and created an exception in IPS for VPN protocols.

Under Web Protection I'm only using the Suspicious category, everything else is allowed.

I'm not sure where else to look.
