NAT for a US IP...but block all others?

Hey guys...I haven't found a way to do this, and hoping y'all can help.

Basically, is it possible to NAT an incoming connection from ONLY US IPs to an internal client, but block connections from any non-US IPs? If so...how would I set this up?

    Do you want to block all incoming traffic from other country unless you initiated the conversation?  If so, in Country Blocking, block all traffic from other countries.
