Hi,
we need to setup follow:
Customer get a VoIP Gateway for his PBX.
I got the follow requirements from the SIP provider:
Port 7023 and 23 (Telnet) TCP/IP in&out
5060 UDP in&out
8000-8100 RTP bzw. UDP (Voice) in&out
What I have done:
1. Created new vLAN for VoIP Gateway
2. Setup masquarading rule for the new vLAN to go out with an additional IP
3. Allow outgoing of TCP 7023, TCP 23, UDP 5060 and 8000-8100 UDP to IP of SIP provider
4. Create firewallrule from additional external IP to the IP of VoIP gateway using above services
5. Acitvate SIP Proxy (external IP of SIP Provider in Server field and internal vLAN of VoIP gateway in Client Section)
6. Create QoS rule
Traffic Selector Source = VoIP vLAN, Service=ANY, Destination= ext SIP PRovider IP, HELPER=sip
7. Create bandwith pool on external interface
Traffic Selector = used from above, Bandwith= min. 4096kbit/s, NO max. Limit
So now I think all would be fine, or?
Did I need the firewall rules for UDP 8000-8100 if I use SIP proxy?
Thanks
Gerald
