SSL VPN POOL auto firewall

I have a SSL VPN pool with auto firewall rules on. 

The issues are: 

1 I setup an auto proxy script http://proxy-***.***.***:8080/wpad.dat 

Unfortunately the firewall drops the pacakets 

"Default Drop Tcp  192.x68.77.6.6.51111 -> 192.168.47.1:8080  [SYN] len=52 ttl=128 tos=0x0"

2 Disable the auto firewall, no previous default drop to 192.168.47.1 but blocks the port 53 445,which caused me can't browser.  
Enabled any -->SSL VPN POOL  and SSL VPN POOL to any. 

3 Proxy server works fine in the network 192.168.47.x
