Networkconnections Problem

Hello comunity!
since yesterday we are using a Sophos 210 firewall.
Our problem is the following:
If we want to connect to our "Outlook Web App" (mail.company.com/owa) from extern -> all works fine!
BUT if we want to connect this website from the internal network... it wont work...[:S]

We want to connect to our outlook webapp from internal, with the external URL (IP address)

Did we forgot something to configure?
