Changing to multiple static public IP Addresses

I am about to change my ISP from one that provides 1 dynamic IP address to one that will provide 8 static IP Addresses (5 useable). You seem to be able to set this up in 2 ways in UTM:
1. Edit existing External PPPoE interface to change to static then provide an IP Address/Subnet Mask that describes the entire network I will get e.g. 86.183.162.144/255.255.255.248
2. Edit existing External PPPoE interface to change to 1 static IP address and add the 4 additional IP addresses on the Additional Addresses tab.

Which is better/correct?
