Open port on Astro Model:ASG220

Hi ,

We are using an Astro ASG220 model firewall,but I am unable to open a port
please let me know how to open a port on the server.
I have checked at the Server end the port is opened in server its only through the firewall from our location I need to open the port.

Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

What version of software - 8.311? You probably want a DNAT. See #3 though #5 in Rulz. Did that get you there?

We are using Astaro ASG220firewall with 8.312 version.

Did you try a DNAT?

Please provide a description of what you did, and what is/isn't working.

please let me know if we want to use a DNAT or create a rule in Firewall to open a required port.

Hi,

You need a DNAT AND a firewall rule (or an Automatic rule in the DNAT).
