time of day based routing

Hi,

in our setup we have multiple internet connections attached to an UTM 320.
We route some traffic for video streaming through an extra internet connection. But we would like to use our internet connection that is dedicated for video livestreaming at the moment also for other things. As our livestreams are only at specific days of the week at a specific time and the internet connection could be used for things like website surfing at the other days/time and extend our bandwith at the other days. 

Question: Is ist possible to route internet traffic based on the time of the day and based on the day of week through an internet uplink towards the internet? If yes, how could this be done?

    And the answer likely will have the same underlying implication as my response above - that's not possible, but there's a better solution.  In the beginning here, you're better off stating your problem rather than your solution.
