How to use the Time Definitions to block devices at certain times

Hi,

Ok, I have had a look through the manual, searched the net and not come up with a working solution. This should be quite simple so I am assuming I'm missing something obvious!

My requirement:
I would like to use the time definitions to allow my sons PS3/phone etc access to the internet at certain times, say 19:30 to 21:00 on weekdays and a few time on a Saturday/Sunday.

How do I achieve this?

I am using Sophos UTM Home version 9.112-12

I have Firewall rules and DNAT rules to allow Playstaion Network to be forwarded to a defined IP for the PS3, this works fine to allow the traffic.

From what I have seen I may need to make the Default to block the traffic and then allow the traffic with the time definition, is that correct?

I would really appreciate it if someone could provide a simple, easy to follow guide to the steps required to set this up.

    Paul, just de-select automatic Firewall rules in the DNAT and use Time Events in firewall rules to allow or block the traffic.  Remember that all traffic not explicitly allowed is blocked.

    Also, if you have Web Filtering activated and any of this traffic passes via it, you also must use a Time Event in a separate Filter Assignment' ('Policy' in 9.2).
