Accessing to server using public IP inside the LAN

Hi

i have enabled sophos UTM in one network every thing is working fine

the remote users can access to the internal servers using public IP via NAT

but when those remote users are inside the network they are unable to open it via public IP only via lan ip which is 192.168.1.X

how can i solve this problem making the accessing to the server using public IP from anywhere inside or outside the network
