NAT/Routing question

Greetings:
I am currently migrating our company to an SG230.
Due to how some of my traveling users work, I never to have them access the public facing owa IP from inside.

I set up a masquerade for the internal ip (192.168.1.75) to the public ip (74.203.58.229).
I then set up a dnat:
source: any
service: OWA (a custom service group with imap, https, etc)
going to: external wan / 74.203.58.229

change to: OWA (192.168.1.75)

set fire wall rule.

I would think that this would route any and all traffic internal and external to the public ip then to the private one and respond the same.

Externally this works great, but internally all clients fail to connect.

I am missing something I am sure.
Any suggestions?

thank you in advance
