Showing users with Names instead of IP addresses

I have less than 50 users. When I analyze top users by time spent; it would save me some time if it showed users by name rather than IP address. Can I assign a name to an IP address somewhere?

Hello,

are you using authentication backends (ADS, Agent ...) ?
Normale with the SAA (Auth. Agent) the username should appear.
