Remote Desktop Issue

Hello ever since I upgraded to 9.2 i have been having issues remoting home from another location.
currently running Astaro home user 9.201-23.
the session will end with an error message saying "Because of an error in data encryption, this session will end. Please try connecting to the remote computer again."

Has anyone else ran into this ?

Hi, I haven't seen that but I probably don't use encrypted RDP much.

Try a tool such as WinMTR or MS pathping to check for packet loss.

Barry, i am not getting any packet loss from my desktop at work to the astaro box at home. i am also not getting any packet loss from the astaro to my desktop either.

Check the logs (IPS, app control, ...)

We recently had the same problem.
Turned out it was not Sophos related.

Found this on a experts-exchange Encryption errors disconnecting users from RDC server
"Here is what solved my problem. I deleted this from my NIC (deleting on one deletes on all): Citrix DNE Lightweight Filter."
