Host Range Cannot Block

Hi,

i've trouble with my UTM for blocking range IP/Host, before i define network with type Range and IPv4 From: 192.168.1.1 ,IPv4 To: 192.168.1.10 and then i insert to web protection for blocking the range but it's not work.
some one help me please.
