Dropbox sync being blocked

Hello, The firewall seems to be blocking all internal dropbox sync between computers.  I have tried to unblock this but have been unsuccessful.  Could anyone help me on how to allow dropbox sync to communicate between all internal computers.

example of drop:

Default DROP  Dropbox 
10.2.2.20:17500 → 255.255.255.255:17500

Default DROP  Dropbox 
10.2.2.20:17500 → 10.2.2.255:17500

I just need all internal computers to be able to communicate via dropbox sync.  Any help would be much appreciated.

    These are drops to the broadcast address, and indicate no effect on the communications between computers on the internal subnet.

    Hello Bob and thank you for replying.  I understand these are broadcasts but my understanding is if the broadcasts are being blocked then how would the internal computers know there are other internal computers using dropbox.. My undestanding is if one internal computer can not see the broadcast of another internal computer it will just use the interent to sync the files which would take longer with large files.  Am I off here?
