Cannot enable HP Web Service for HP ePrint

Hello guys,

we have set the firewall rule HP_Priner -> ANY -> ANY but still not able to access the eprint server and have those HP URLs blocked as attached.

please advise, thanks!

Hi, URL blocking is controlled in the HTTP Proxy (Web Protection), not in Firewall Rules.

Check the proxy log.
