Can ping, but webpage cannot be displayed

Hello

I have a Sophos UTM 9 model ASG220 with the firmware version 9.109-1.

In our environment there is a few servers that I cannot get out the internet. Well, I can ping www.astaro.org and it reply. But if I type that into the web browser, I cannot connect to the site. The website (www.astaro.org) is online but isnt responding to connection. 

I have a rule with this server, see attachment. 

The server has no different DNS servers than the other ones. 

I just wonder why? [:S]

    Is there anything in the logs (firewall, IPS etc)?

    Some things to check are:
    1) Do you have a NAT Masq rule or SNAT for the server?
    2) Did you bind the server definition to an interface? if you did change it to "any"

    Thanx for the reply. 

    Am a bit way over my head here - but am the only one so [:)] 


    Not quite sure where to look in the log file. 

    But there is a DNAT rule. (se attachement) No Masquerading rules. 

    The server is bound to the server-interface (like all the others).
