Connecting Workgroup Enviroment to Domain Enviroment

Hi Guys

As per subject above customer is planning to migrate from Netgear firewall to Sophos UTM, however they throw a good question or challenge network design if possible to configure and design using scenario below with Sophos UTM since I don't have any experience for the type of deployment as customer requested and appreciate if anyone can assist.

Scenario:
Based on simple network diagram as attached customer have two building connected through building to building wireless AP.

Their mobile user is constantly moving between two building and network infrastructure on building B is domain environment and building A is simple plain Workgroup,  IF possible mobile user with domain profile at building A access and authenticate with Domain Controller at building B to access ERP application.

    In fact, I don't see the need for two UTMs if the buildings are connected via a wireless bridge that's faster than either spot's WAN connection.

    I would consider putting the UTM in Building B and moving Building A's internet connection to Building B.  That would allow you to do Uplink Balancing, probably giving both buildings faster Internet access.  Better would be to have two, completely different ISPs.

    If there are fewer than 100 users total in both buildings, a UTM 220 probably can handle the load.  I always suggest using a second unit in Hot-Standby.
