i´m noticing that after making the update to version 9.200-11 QoS is not working as expected.
My setup is very simple:
I´ve set a guest wireless network using a old Cisco AP connected to one interface of the UTM (eth3) (made all the necessary configurations on regards DHCP and DNS on the UTM side).
On the QoS, side i´ve created a traffic selector for this network, called "Guest_Download".
Finally i´ve a bandwith pool to limit the outbound to 1000 kbit/s and a download throttling rule to limit the downloads to 5120 kbit/s
Despite, this configuration, when i make a speed test(i´m using Okkla SpeedTest), i´m getting 23 Mbits/5.69 on the upload).
Can you pleae help me to know what i´m doing wrong?
