Odd Snort Message?

Lately, I have been getting these messages in the IPS live logs, pointing to differnet IPs.

What do they mean?

2014:02:24-12:41:35 PP-Primary-1 snort[4549]: S5: Session exceeded configured max bytes to queue 1048576 using 1050000 bytes (client queue). 169.130.XX.XX 44440 --> 69.16.XX.XX 80 (0) : LWstate 0x9 LWFlags 0x406007
