Hi All,
I have been trying to get H.323 work, with NO LUCK [:(]
I have an internal PBX, on the internal LAN. All digital phones connect directly and are on the Internal LAN.
In order to have 'international' numbers, ie a UK number, we have a service provider who owns a UK number, and forwards all calls received on that number to use via VoIP. This is done over H.323
The problem is, I can eventually make a phone here ring by calling the number, but the call drops when I pick up the handset. Our PABX is on the internal network.
I set up a DNAT rule, firewall rule and in the VoIP section of UTM 9.1 I inserted both the the IPs of the internal PBX and the external IP of the provider into both sections [Gateway and Client].
Any help / advice ? I am hoping there is an obvious mistake and we'll back in 'it-works-ville' ASAP!
