Basic NAT issues?

Hey

I have a fairly basic question concerning NAT.
I'm trying to NAT RDP traffic to an internal server so I have set up a rule, but it isn't working.
If I have a decent understanding of NAT it should work however, so I must be doing something stupid wrong [:@]

Here's the rule.

For Traffic from: Any
Using Service: "Microsoft Terminal Services"
Going to: External (WAN) (Address)

Change destination to: internalserver
Create Automatic Firewall rule: checked

Terminal Services is configured on port 3389, the internalserver is responding to TS internally.
I can ping to the gateway from the internalserver. I can ping the internalserver from the gateway.

I've got a NAT rule to forward HTTPS traffic to internalserver2, that works. But a third rule, that is a copy of the second one, but this one is forwarding SMTP traffic fails.

How can I troubleshoot this, because it is driving me bananans [:(]
