UTM120 Not Responding To ARP

We have a Verizon router hooked directly to ETH2 on a UTM120 (V9.106-17). When the router sends out an ARP request to the UTM120, it is not getting a response. Any ideas on why?

Hi,

1. could you provide a packet capture (tcpdump) or logs showing the problem?

2. which model is the Verizon router?

3. is the router bridged or is it doing NAT?

If you're on FiOS, you don't need the router for internet, as long as you have Ethernet coming in from the ONT.
If you are using TV service also, you can move the router to inside of the firewall.
