Open Port for multiple IP addresses

I need to open/add a list of IP addresses to the firewall
How do I accomplish this using ASG320 FW8.309

This is the message I’m receiving from my vendor. 
"The connection to the host is timing out. Is there anything that would block communication through port 5003 on the firewall?"
"OpenSSL VirtualNet Enhanced SSL protocol - must have the following Internet Protocol (IP) addresses in their firewalls."

...i'm new to this product & board. Help!

    That's the easier one of the two. [:)]

    You'll need to setup an allow rule for this traffic from Network Protection >> Firewall >> Rules. Pretty straight forward but I'll walk you through it. I've attached a screen cap of the rules creation screen (from v9) in my post for reference.

    Under "Sources" you'll want to specify which inside computer(s) are being allowed out. You can use something as restricted as a single host or as wide as the entire LAN, just depends on what you place in the source list.

    Under "Services" you'll want to list which service is allowed by this rule. For your case, I doubt there as a pre-defined rule for port 5003 so you'll want to create a new service.

    Lastly, under "Destinations", you'll need to specify which servers you want to permit being allowed to reach. Again, like sources this can be a single host or can range up to the entire internet.
